Work experience


Jun.2019 – Present

Senior Designer/Researcher – Nava

At Nava, I lead cross-functional design teams delivering human-centered government products and services.

On the teams that I have led at Nava, I have developed frameworks and processes that help our teams deliver great work while also contributing to human-centered design deliverables and artifacts.

To improve our internal processes, I lead an internal community of practice that provides support for design leads across the organization.

Jun.2015 – Jun.2019

Senior UX Designer – Clutch

At Clutch, I led cross-functional design teams delivering human centered products and services for various industries, including: banking, manufacturing, eCommerce, and logistics.

As an individual contributor at Clutch, I facilitated workshops, conducted user research, designed interfaces and user experiences, built design systems, and used various other human-centered design practices.

For the programs I managed, I worked with our business development team on statements of work for new contracts.

Feb.2014 – Jun.2015

Manager of Information Design – ICC

At ICC, I continued my work from Farsite while standardizing data visualizations and information design for a growing team of data scientists and data analysts.


Jun.2009 – Feb.2014

Information Designer – Farsite

At Farsite, I worked with our team of data scientists to design reports, infographics, and model-based, decision-support applications.

In addition, I designed and maintained our website and managed our branding.

ICC acquired Farsite in late 2013.
