My name is Ian and I’m a designer and researcher based in Washington, DC.

Currently, I work at Nava where I lead a design team partnering with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on re-designing the 🔐logged-in experience for people with Medicare. Before coming to Nava, I worked with clients from various industries, 🔐including banking.
